Hi everyone I'm back! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season. I know it's been quite sometime since my last post. I truly am sorry. I just really felt the need to take a break from the blog and social media to just enjoy my family and loved ones. Sometimes I need to unplug and appreciate the little things. I rarely took out my camera, which I have to admit I later kicked myself for, but we did make beautiful memories. Luckily my husband managed to take a few snaps here and there.
Since we would be traveling to visit family for Christmas we decided to open our gifts on the 23rd. I wish I would have planned that out better so the kids would have been wearing their Christmas jammies and not their mismatched mess! 😝 The kids were just starting on yet another cold, which explains the boogies traveling down Josiah's nose.
We traveled that weekend so I only pulled out my phone for the navigation system and to take this a snap of this gorgeous mountain! It was freezing where we were and even snowing in some areas of California. I have never actually been in the snow, but I'm dying to go! Maybe next Christmas.
By the time we got back from traveling the kids were full on sick and just a few days later my hubby got sick as well. It was awful having the whole house sick and being the only one who was on full function mode. We were so blessed to get this Honeywell Humidifier from Influenster just last month. I already had a humidifier, but with all the kids sick I needed one in each room.
Within days of putting this humidifier in Josiah's room he was much better than the other boys. So I felt the need to share this one with you guys. The Honeywell has a strong release, but is pretty quiet. I love that you can fill it at the sink or bring a pitcher directly to the humidifier. It's easy to assemble and easy to use. I will actually be buying a second one of these for the boy's room.
So that's what we've been up to. I am hopeful to get my butt in gear and be able to get a new post out to you in a few days.
My hope for you is that in this new year your life is blessed. That you can take hold of your dreams and all that you aspire to be. Find what motivates you and hold tight to it. You are the one who holds the pen to your story, so write an amazing one! The time is now to make things happen and like I say to Josiah "One step at a time." Have faith in yourself and you will go places. Be your own cheerleader and #1 fan. If for some reason you fall get right back up (like a runway model) as if nobody was looking. Those who care about you will just clap and cheer you on. This is your year. I wish you health and happiness!
