A Year Of Clubfoot

This time of year is a bit bittersweet for me. I love love love Christmas and the holiday season, but around this time last year I was finding out news that would change my family's life forever. 

I remember feeling different than when I was pregnant with the boys and in my mind I just thought it might be because this time it would be a girl. I had extreme fatigue all the time. I was cold all the time. I had no cravings. I was happy pretty much all the time. My skin was clearer. I gained weight in my hips. None of these were things that occurred in my previous pregnancies. I was 100% believing this little angel was a girl.

A few days ago I decided to throw on the boy's matching Christmas pjs and do a little photo shoot! Little did I know being an actual photographer is so stinkin hard! I got a few good shots, but they were so squirmy and tired that I couldn't get them to live out the pictures I had in my head. Haha

Banana Maple Cookies

I was in the baking mood yesterday so I cooked up these delicious cookies. I kinda just threw the recipe together, but I was very  happy with the outcome. Sometimes I still surprise myself!

Happy Saturday! Are you as obsessed with Bath & Bodyworks as I am?! I don't know why, but during the holidays I become obsessed with these wonderful smells and beautiful candle jars! I have one burning all day long. I have already gone through 3 1/2 since mid October.
