Friday Faves

Happy Friday and well wishes for June! It's my birthday month so I am particularly fond of June. Today I am sharing my go to beauty products. I have been using all of these products daily or I pick them up when I am in a hurry because I know I can count on them looking decent and help me look decent.

1. Mad Hippie
I have gone mad over Mad Hippie. I started using these in February when my old beauty routine was no longer working out for me. I had breakouts and suddenly became combo skin. I also noticed my face was beginning to look dull. I actually found this stuff on sale at my local Lassens which is kind of like a Whole Foods. I got each item separately, but they have an amazing deal on the bundle as well. These products have totally returned life to my face. I have clear, bright and even ton skin. I was actually asked by a Mac artist the other day what foundation I was wearing and I wasn't! I was having a no makeup day. I love this stuff and I highly recommend it! I use the face wash, eye cream, vitamin c serum, vitamin a serum and the face cream.
Bundle Here. I am thinking I will do a review on each individual product soon.

2. Lancome
When I do choose to wear makeup I go with the Teint Idole Ultra Foundation Stick and the Teint Idole Ultra Wear Camouflage Concealer. I actually received this in an Influenster box back in March. At first I was skeptic because I had never used a stick foundation before and the concealer looked so thick. However after applying both I was shocked to see how well they hid all my imperfections and how easily they blended. I also love the fact that the foundation has Spf 21. I know I will be needing that this summer. I love both of these and I know I will be buying both once I run out.

3. Colourpop's The Knockout Pressed Powder Face Duo
I cannot even begin to describe my love for Colourpop! Everything I use from this brand is literally stunning. This blush and highlighter duo is no different. I love the peachy orangey blush so much. The pigment is very intense so I recommend using a light hand if that is not your thing, but I love a pretty intense cheek. The highlight is a peachy golden with no glitter, but so sparkly and beautiful. When I am in a rush and want my face to look put together this is what I reach for.

4. Urban Decay Perversion Mascara
I am very picky with my mascara. I normally only use the Loreal Telescopic, but my Walmart and Target can never seem to keep it in stock. I was at Sephora recently and picked up their travel size Perversion Mascara. I am very please with it. It lengthens and lifts my little lashes very well. I highly recommend you trying it if you come across it at your beauty store of choice.

5. Colourpop's Super Shock Shadows
When I am in a hurry, I have no time to blend and sculpt my eye shadow. These little pods never steer me wrong. My favorite shades to use are To-A-T (the lightbrown) and Partridge (the duochrome brownish green). I use To-A-T in the crease and partridge on my lid. It looks so beautiful and the formula lasts on my lids all day. Unfortunately To-A-T is only sold in a set, but the rest of the shades in the set are gorgeous as well! If you have never tried these Super Shock Shadows before you are missing out!

Have you tried any of these products? Let me know what you think of them in the comments below. What are your faves? I love trying new things so any suggestions are welcome. Thanks for reading!
